Founded in 1978 by railway locomotive engineers, mechanical technicians, and staff of the North Eastern Railway Headquarters in Dairy Colony, this puja represents one of eastern UP's most vibrant railway cultural traditions.

Founded by visionary civil officers, physicians, and railway pioneers of Purvanchal under the guidance of Babu Anukul Chandra Mukherjee.
